BlueOcean: mainstreaming a Blue Education Area in Europe and the Pacific Ocean Schools is an Erasmus+ project that aims to establish a “blue education area” across European and Pacific schools, raising awareness of blue careers and environmental protection.
Its main objective is to enhance teachers’ and students’ skills through training, digital courses, and targeted guidelines, with a focus on coastal, marine, and remote schools.

What are the expected results?

A 120-page “Train the Trainer” manual for teachers.

A 300-minute MOOC with 6 modules, 30 lessons, and 30 interactive digital scenarios.

Guidelines for the establishment of an EU-Pacific Blue Education Area.
