The Train the Teachers in Motivation for Blue Careers Manual has been developed to strengthen teachers’ competences in motivating students to explore Blue Careers and develop STEM-related skills connected with the Blue Economy and ocean preservation.
The Manual translates the project’s training methodology into practical educational approaches that teachers can use with their students. It combines theoretical content, motivational strategies and practical exercises, addressing different moments in students’ educational and career pathways. The Manual is structured around five thematic areas, with each area addressing a specific challenge in motivating students towards Blue Careers. The project planned a minimum of 25 practical exercises, alongside the training content and materials used during the teachers’ training activities.
